At Filmapalooza tonight, Doug Powell won Best Actor for his role as Lewis Ledbetter in Star Wipe Films’ “Welcome to the Neighborhood”. Filmapalooza is held in Manns Chinese Theater in Hollywood, CA, and features the winning 48 hour films from cities all over the world. There was solid competition, and Doug’s win was well deserved.
